Library as an Open Living Lab Environment - Users Eyes in developing Laurea Library (poster 82), Kajsa Puttonen and Satu Hyökki, Finland. Using Eye tracking combined with dialogue the Laurea Library has made a project for better understanding of ther customers. They got a lot of input by watching how the eye movements of the users and could from this make improvements and develop their services. Very interesting I think!
First Aid for the IFLA Programme Planner (poster 36), Jana Varleijs, US. Gives a lot of input on how to improve a presentation, plan a conference etc.
